Choose your goal weight and your goal date. We handle the rest.

You pick the number on the scale and the date on the calendar. Goal Weight & Goal Date tells you if that's realistic, nudges it to a safe version if it's not, then gives you one clear plan for food and training.

  • No more decision overload
  • Safety checks built in
  • Simple plans for real life, not fitness fantasy

Today's plan

📊 Calories target

2,100 calories

💪 Workout: Day B, lower body

Squats 3x8 @ 60kg
RDL 3x10 @ 50kg
Lunges 3x12 @ bodyweight

✓ You set 82kg by 15 July. This plan keeps you in a healthy range.

Two choices in. One safe plan out.

1

Tell us your story and goal

You write your goal in normal language. The app reads this and pulls what it needs in the background.

"I'm an Aussie bloke, studying and working, around 100 kilos and unfit. I want to get back to 82 kilos by next July without wrecking my health."
2

Set your goal weight and goal date

You confirm two simple things: What weight you want to get to, and the date you'd love to be there. Goal Weight & Goal Date calculates how fast you'd need to lose weight, then checks that against safe guidelines.

3

Get one clear plan that stays in the safe zone

If your goal is realistic, your plan locks in. If your goal is too aggressive, the app adjusts the date or target to the closest healthy version and explains why.

You get one clear path:
• Daily calories and sample meals
• Weekly training schedule with starting weights
• Simple tweaks as your real life data comes in

Built for real households, not just solo athletes

Most of us don't live in a meal prep bubble. We live with partners, kids or housemates. Goal Weight & Goal Date lets you add another person, adjust portions for each of you, and gives you one shared shopping list. Less decision fatigue for everyone.

  • One recipe. Different portions per person.
  • One weekly shopping list that covers the household.
  • Future perks for couples and mates who stay on track together.

A normal bloke's problem, turned into an app

I'm Ty. An Aussie bloke juggling work, study, mates and life. Somewhere in the middle of all that, my health took the hit and the kilos crept up.

The problem

I was carrying extra weight, feeling unfit, and getting lost in decision overload. Every diet and training plan felt too complicated or too extreme.

The idea

I realised there are only two things I truly care about at the start. The number on the scale I'm aiming at, and when I want to get there. Everything else should be handled for me in a way that stays safe.

The solution

So I started building Goal Weight & Goal Date. I'm putting my own body through it first and documenting the whole thing, so you can see if it works for a regular Aussie bloke, not a fitness model.
